Dr Lever is dedicated to providing specialised patient-centred care for rheumatic diseases. The aim is to provide rapid diagnosis and a personalised treatment plan for each patient. Dr Lever provides care for all general rheumatology conditions including arthritis, lupus and also sarcoid.
With a focus on advanced therapies and patient education, he will be there to support you every step of the way.

Dr Lever tailors investigation and treatment to the individual patient and provides a positive experience through its stages. His specialist areas include inflammatory arthritis, gout, lupus, vasculitis and osteoporosis. He has particularly strong experience in complex sarcoid which is not common amongst rheumatologists.

Dr Lever graduated from UCL Medical School and completed specialist training in rheumatology and general medicine in the prestigious North London rotation. Through training he had excellent grounding in general rheumatology, lupus, vasculitis, scleroderma, and sarcoid.

The most recent research publications have focused on the patient journey, doctor-patient relationship and the psychological impact of disease in lupus. This has taught Dr Lever about the complex nature of the patient journey and providing holistic care.
